Yes. Reservations are required to ensure we maintain the ideal balance of dogs in each playgroup. A meet-and-greet is required for all dogs.

A hands-on meet-and-greet involves a slow introduction to other dogs the environment.

Meet-and-greets ensure the safety of your dog, other dogs, and our staff. Dogs are separated into play areas based on size.

For safety and peace of mind, dogs do not leave the facility. They have access to indoor and outdoor play yards throughout the day.

Similar to children on a playground, dogs may sustain very minor injuries. In the unlikely event of a more serious injury, our staff is trained in dog behavior and certified in first aid and CPR. If immediate treatment is needed, dogs will be taken to Northeast Animal Hospital, located less than a mile from our facility.

All dogs over 6 months must be spayed or neutered. Exceptions may be considered up to 18 months with a veterinarian’s recommendation; however, these dogs will be restricted to playtime with a select number of same-sex peers. Puppies between 4–6 months who have not yet been altered will follow the same protocol. We do not accept intact females in heat.

All dogs must be at least 4 months old.

Required vaccines: Rabies, Distemper/Parvo, Bordetella.
Canine influenza vaccine is highly recommended.
Proof of vaccinations may be uploaded to your Goose profile or emailed to [email protected].
All dogs must be on a regular flea and tick preventative.

We are open for drop-off/pick-up between 6:30 AM – 6:30 PM Monday–Friday, and 8:00 AM – 6:30 PM on weekends. If your dog is not picked up by 6:30 PM, they will transition to overnight care and you will be billed accordingly.
